UH64XX series Computer Servo Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine
This series machines are widely used for tension, compression, bending and shearing test of metal materials and also
used for compression and bending test of nonmetal materials, such as cement, concrete and so on. Equipped with simple
accessaries, it can be used for mechanical property testing of fastener, wire rope and components. They are perfect testing
instrument project quality testing section, universities and colleges, research institution and industrial and mining enterprise.
The machine is calibrated according to ASTM E4 and ISO7500-1. It can do many different kinds of test according to according
to ISO6892, ISO7438, ASTM A370, ASTM E8 and BS EN standards.

7.Adopt ATOS digital servo proportional valve, used safely, closed loop feedback,reset,good response,digital electronic amplifier factory default, digital control flow/pressure/position；
8.Micron level clearance sealing instead of O-ring sealing ring sealing,keep the cylinder loading stable and maintenance-free；
9.With temperature controller and the cooling system, control the hydraulic oil temperature, high safety；
10.Computer 3 close-loop control testing mode of load,displacement and extension；
11.Wide testing range,varieties of sample information input mode to test different materials and specifications of samps；
12.PCI or PCIE computer control card to get the test value and control the servo motor；
13.Real-time display test curve,the curve can be localized zoom in and out,just use the mouse can find out the corresponding point in the test curve；
14.Adopts human-computer interaction to analyze and count performance indicators of materials；
15.Test process, result display, result analysis, result print, all the function can be controlled by the computer,testing data and curve can real-time display during test；
16.Various testing curves, Load-Time, Extension-Time, Stress-Strain, Load- Extension,ete. Can zoom and analysis at any point in the curve；
17.Software can automatic calculation routine date,such as tensile strength,yield strength,modulus of elasticity,extend rate after broken,non-proportional extend strength RP0.2 etc test date；
18.The same group sample can continuous testing, and can be analyzed separately for each test results；
19.Have “Stop while destroy” function,system can automatic stop working when specimen is broken；
20.Support to change Excel format report, easy to pinpoint the location of the data；
21.parameters,test results can be stored in files,support Excel to view or select part to print；
22.Remote controller adjusts the machine crosshead before test and operate the test conveniently；
