Fastener Test Method: Double Shear Test
Sample: Bolt

       

Testing procedure: Calculating the loading speed according to the diameter of the sample, then put the bolt into the double shear 
                                              fixture, use the machine to make a constant   specific loading force, until the bolt is broken, and then get a Max. 
                                              shear force.

     

Highlight: In the test, open the function “stop while destroy”, on the one hand, we can get the Max. Shear force, on the other hand, after 
                       get the Max. shear force, the curve is in the phase of declining, the software can control the machine stop automatically by 
                       setting  percentage, so that protect the Shear fixture.
