as our Sole Agent for EGYPT in the field of :Universal, Torsion, Impact , Wear and Friction testing machines, Drop weight tester, Hardness testers
A commission of 5% will be granted to SCIENTIFIC & TRADING Co. (SAE) for all deliveries of above mentioned products to EGYPT and will be transferred to the account of SCIENTIFIC & TRADING Co. ( SAE ) in EGYPT in US $.
This agreement is valid from 10.02.2010 to 10.02.2011 and is automatically renewable after this period unless terminated by either parties in writing, provided three months notice is given.
The EGYPTIAN Embassy in China will be kept informed about any change or modification that may occur on this contract.
